Condo Questionnaires

The following is the written policy on the preparation of Condo Questionnaires.

Condo Questionnaires will not be processed until the following is received in our office. Faxed requests will not be accepted.

1. The request for a closing/refinancing paid Condo Questionnaire must be written. This request must include the Association's name, the seller's address, the full names of the seller, the buyer's full name (if applicable) and the closing date.
2. The request for the Condo Questionnaire and applicable fees must be received in our office prior to preparation.
3. Condo Questionnaires will be prepared in the order that the payment is received.
4. The fee for the standard condo Questionnaire is $90 for the first page and $50 for each additional page before 48 hours of the closing and $180 per page within 48 hours of closing. Checks are to be made payable to Baum Property Services. This fee applies to all refinance and closing letters for ALL Associations.
5. Requests must be made to Baum Property Services in writing with the above information with a minimum of one week advance notice.

All requests and fees can be mailed to Baum Property Services at P.O. Box 46, Aurora, IL 60507.
