PARKING RULES OF FARNSWOOD

Parking Space: A part of the Property with the Parking Areas intended for the parking of a single automobile with each Unit Ownership to have the perpetual and exclusive use of at least one garage Parking Space and one outdoor Parking Space as hereinafter set forth.

1.      Burton Court, Perry Court and Avati Lane are only authorized to park a single vehicle directly in front of their own garage door.

  1. Michael Lane parking is authorized for a single vehicle to be parked at the back of the lot, not directly in front of their garages, due to the lack of driveway space available for backing out of their garages to get out and turn around. All other areas are to be kept as a fire lane on both sides of the Court or Lane area.
  2. Parking is available to your friends and guests on both sides of McClure and on the north side of Reckinger Road.
  3. The exclusive us of and right to park in these two spaces are given to the owner/renter of the specified unit.
  4. Vehicles shall be parked in authorized spaces only and not in traffic or four lanes.
  5. Only passenger cars and trucks may be parked in authorized spaces allotted to each unit.
  6. Large trucks, commercial vehicles, camping trailers, boats and other recreational vehicles are not to be parked on Association property.
  7. Double-parking behind garages is prohibited.
  8. Parking on the grass is prohibited.
  9. At no time will "junk" cars be allowed on the Common Elements.
  10. Residents are responsible for their guests adhering to the above.
  11. The speed limit on the Association’s streets is a maximum of 5 M.P.H.
  12. There is a 15-minute time allowance given for dropping off passengers or picking them up. Also for loading and unloading a vehicle.
  13. Parking is prohibited in between unit garage doors; this includes all motorized vehicles.

After 5 days of the First recorded complaint nothing has been corrected, the offending owner shall be fined $25.00. If non-compliance with the offending owner still occurs, an automatic fifty ($50.00) fine will be levied against that individual. At the meeting, the Board shall consider the complaint and be required to vote on a course of action; be it resolution by agreement with the offending owner.

These rules, methods of enforcement, and punitive actions are instituted in an effort to prevent the degradation of our community.
